I love Mark Rothko’s work. These would be so fun to make for an art party.
Mmm, these look good.
Definitely adding these to my “must make” list! Look at how pretty they are.
If I have a celebrate the new garden party, I’ll have to make these cute cookies!
This is such a fun idea! It would also be cute to do name tag cookies for party favor bags, not just packages.

These are so sweet!
It seems the rain is never going to stop. Never. Never. sigh. So tot and I were stuck inside this morning and decided to make chocolate chunk cookies (or I decided and he went along for the ride). It was a new recipe and turned out pretty good. Gabriel enjoyed stirring the dough and eating chocolate pieces. :) He loves rubber stamping, too, so I let him pick a few stamps out and we decorated tags that we tied to little bags of the cookies, which we then delivered to a friend. I have extra tags so we will use them for our next round of deliveries.
I would love to have a tea party that looked lovely like this.

I’ve got to try these!
Nutella 4 Ingredient Cookies from A Busy Nest here. These days this is more my kind of recipe! Prep time: 5 min, baking time: 8 min. Difficulty: EASY.
- 1 cup Nutella
- ½ cups Sugar
- 1 cup All-purpose Flour
- 1 whole Egg
Blend all ingedients together well. Form into 1″ balls. Place on a cookie sheet. Press down firmly with the bottom of a glass. Bake 7-8 minutes or until set. Cool.
I am making these. Not sure when, but they are a definite make. I really cannot convey how much I love these!
sooo cute, must make
Lately I’ve rekindled my love of sewing felt and have been having fun making felt foods, specifically food for tea times and cocoa breaks. Mugs of cocoa are next on my list, then a big stack of pancakes with syrup & butter. I draw the patterns on cardstock, cut them out, cut the felt out, and then get stitching & stuffing!
Since my tot so enjoyed decorating gingerbread cookies at Christmas, I thought he might like to do some sugar cookies for Valentine’s Day. Sunday evening I made sugar cookie cutouts (heart shaped, of course!) and a batch of buttercream frosting. I had intended to make the frosting pink, but since we had every color of food coloring EXCEPT red (in abundance, I might add. Where did we get 5 bottles of blue??), I had to settle for yellow hearts. I guess that made them more friendship cookies than love cookies. :)
Anyway, decorating cookies was so much fun, Gabriel (my tot) did not want it to end! Let’s just say he hasn’t met a sprinkle he doesn’t like. I think we’ll do Ides of March cookies and April Fool’s Day cookies and…
The last two cookies are ones we made for Great Gram. She has a sweet tooth just like me and baby man!
