I just love this idea! A bunting inspired by paper chain dolls but made out of fabric (or felt). So super cute, I totally want to make these and then hang them up everywhere. Although with a house full of very boyish boys, I think they might not like that!

I really love simple banners made with string and clothespins. This one is so pretty with the red letters and valentines the person received. It has a scrapbook on string feel about it. This image comes from one of my favorite tumblr blogs: http://petitevanou.tumblr.com/ I find their posts so visually appealing and inspiring.

I love this super cute Christmas garland! It looks like those are those wool felt balls you can buy (or make, I think?), but since I have a wool allergy I could substitute painted wooden ones. I might have to add this to my “make list”. :)

I love, love, love this printable bunting AND it’s FREE!! Too cool. :) There are even two different colorways you can print. Spell out any word or phrase you want. (from Bake It Pretty)
This blog post gives great step-by-step directions for creating a garland/bunting using a typeface you print on freezer paper, iron to felt, and then cut-out. I am definitely making a Happy Thanksgiving banner for my house! Just click the photo for the link to the post.
Happy Halloween!!
This isn’t a tutorial, but this looks easy enough to figure out.
