Mmm, just put a loaf of banana apple bread in the oven! It is the recipe in the link except I added cinnamon (who doesn’t love cinnamon!?) and peeled, diced apples. Yum! (Stock photo above, mine is still baking)
This fall has been productive not only for art making but for baking! On Wednesday I made a yummy Apple Sour Cream Pie with a friend and our toddlers running around. We even made the crust from scratch! Sadly, I can now no longer fool myself into thinking premade crust is just as good as homemade. I can attest to this because the next day I made a Cinnamon Apple Pie (pictured above) and that crust is not my own. It was good, but it had nothing on the homemade crust.
Last night I made this super yummy frittata for dinner. Mmmm, cheese, onion, garlic, pepper, salt, tomato, egg, and milk. It was delicious!
